Repeated Chemical Pregnancies

Hi everyone! My SO and I have been TTC since December of 2016, and nearly every month we did TTC, we have chemical pregnancies.

December and January, both CP ended at 5 weeks. Took a break in February, and March. May and April, again, CP ended just before 6 weeks for both. Took another break in June and July.

And you guessed it, another chemical pregnancy for August. This one only showed up positive for 2 days before disappearing.

I think my OBGYN thinks I'm crazy. She constantly is telling me to wait until my missed period, but I was worried that my progesterone level is too low to sustain a pregnancy.

On the day before my positive hcg faded away, I had a beta HCG, which read HcG 5, and Progesterone 9.9 on 11 DPO. She said they don't consider that a pregnancy unless HcG was greater than 6. And that progesterone level seems to be ok at that time.

So, yet again... I'm stuck. I keep getting CP and I don't know why. My SO says it isn't time, my friends say I have to stop wanting it so much. But I can't help but feel like something is wrong, and no one is listening to me...

My cycles are 35 days, and I normally ovulate on day 20-21.

My OBGYN said she might refer me to a fertility specialist, but... I'm only 25. I have no issues getting pregnant, since I am able to get positive pregnancy tests... I have trouble sustaining one.

What are the chances of our genetics being incompatible to create a child? I don't even want to think about that...

What do I do? Any advice for me?

Yr OBGYN is right, it's time to check in with a fertility specialist to see if there are any underlying medical issues. I would recommend checking immune and genetics issues, and do karyotyping tests. If genetics is the issue, you might discuss if pgs ngs/pgd or similar increases yr chances of having a healthy pregnancy. Hope this helps x
