Creamy/Lotiony cm, please help

A bit of information;

I do realise that periods can be irregular after implant removal but bare with me.

I'm almost 4 days late for af. I have only had one period since implant removal last year, which was last month.

I've had 5 negative hpt's.

I will be 18dpo tomorrow.

I had a miscarriage two years ago, I wasn't ttc and I found out at about 6 weeks pregnant, the test line on my bfp wasn't as dark as the control line at that point, but it was an obvious line.

I've had a few symptoms over the last few weeks, but I'll only mention the ones that have been prominent over the last few days;

Twingey in abdomen, bit crampy, only for a few moments then it stops.

Very sore breasts, my left one has swollen more than my right.

Partner says my breasts are veiny.

Nipples are sensitive and tender.

Bloating - I don't really consider this anything unusual, just eating wheat will make me bloat, so it's nothing really surprising.

Unbearable back pain, can also feel like kidney pain.

Today I had creamy/lotiony cm after being not completely dry for the last couple days, but drier than I have been.

Please can anyone give me any advice/opinions?
