Can you ovulate twice?

After reading multiple google articles with differing answers, I come here to try to get an answer as well. The big Question....can you ovulate twice....not release 2 eggs during ovulation... i know that is possible. But can you actually have 2 separate ovulation events?

AF: 8/5/2017-8/8/2017
On 8/12, I was expecting to get a "high" reading on the Clearblue ovulation predictor test but got a "peak" result.
8/14: Negative OPK result
8/18 morning: "high" reading
8/18 evening: "peak"reading again
