8dpo and positive pregnancy test

Hey I'm 8dpo but I really don't have that many sign m boob sis kind of sore and I have some creamy discharge but the test I took I can see the line I had a mc in may and am nervous that it's going to happen again this was the first one I had as I have three healthy boys. But my question is it wouldn't show on my test if it didn't detect it right? I know 8dpo is early but it picked it up like I said. It many symptoms but I did get the positive and it's not very faint it's a faint line, it's still early but if I got a positive that means I'm most deft pregnant. I remember when I was pregnant in may I had a lot of creamy not so much this time that doesn't Mean anything right
