23 symptons of the sympton chart driving myslef mad at 9dpo

these are all my symptons at 9dpo and have been building up since 6dpo all started with cramping now its all of this

Abdomen: Cramps (Like PMS/AF)
Abdomen: Cramps (Not PMS/AF)
Abdomen: Gas/Flatulence
Abdomen: Heaviness/Fullness
Abdomen: Mild/Dull Cramps/Pressure
Abdomen: Ovary Pain
Abdomen: Ovulation Pain
Abdomen: Pulling/Pinching
Abdomen: Sharp/Stabbing Pains
Abdomen: Twinges
Chest: Increased Breast Size
Emotional: Moodiness
Head: Dizziness or Light Headed
Head: Dry Mouth/Increased Thirst
Head: Headache
Head: Runny Nose
Overall: Fatigue/Exhaustion
Overall: Hot Flashes
Pelvis: Cervix Pain
Pelvis: Frequent Urination
Pelvis: Increased Cervical Fluid
Stomach: Increased Appetite
Stomach: Nausea

what do you think ladys ive now got this pain 1 inch to the left from my right ovary

Abdomen: Bloating
Abdomen: Gas/Flatulence
Abdomen: Heaviness/Fullness

Chest: Breasts Feel Heavy or Full
Chest: Heartburn
