Getting back into TTC

My soon to be fiance and I are wanting to have a child together. With my ex-husband, we went through 4 years of treatment (PCOS, HSG, left fallopian tube removal, several rounds of clomid and ultrasounds) and conceived my (almost... next month!) 4 year old. I've been out of the TTC game for 5 years. This is my first month off of birth control (i've done trial periods off of it a hand full of times and I have always started a cycle within a reasonable length of time... 28-30 days but I wasn't using opk's etc.). This month I have started to use my Ovacue monitor (I got fed up with the vaginal sensor and have only been using the oral) and opk's. I'm currently CD 13... ovacue said I should of ovulated on CD 11 or 12 which I thought was way too early for me so I haven't been paying too much attention to the readings. Opk's have all been negative.

I feel like i'm going through TTC PTSD. We aren't actually trying to conceive this cycle but I am trying to see if I can ovulate on my own. My cycles have been regular pretty much ever since I gave birth to my son in August of 2013.

I'm nervous. I feel discouraged already. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat or could offer up some advice.

I'm taking prenatal vitamins as well as green tea extract and DHEA. Several other meds for medical conditions but we are working with the doctor to be on pregnancy safe meds.
