Today is day 7DPO

Yesterday at day 6DPO, I wiped 3 different times and had blood in my discharge. I am thinking it's implatation bleeding because I don't ever spot inbetween periods. Then today I wake up with a sinus cold, head hurt for a little bit and now I have a running nose and just feel yucky. I'm so tired. I've been getting cramping too since the day I was ovulating. I really hope I'm pregnant. Anyone else have the same symptons?
