New cycle after miscarriage????

After 9 painful days of serious cramping and bleeding we're trying again. While school is out for the summer I wait table sand help a friend with her landscaping business. I'm pretty sure that weeding, digging up trees and hours of being in the heat while almost passing out didn't help last month.
With the extra days of bleeding and probable miscarriage would that change my O date? If I stick to the original cycle days, yesterday would've been it. We've definitely been working our own magical baby dust the past few days lol. Would love to know if anyone knows about changes in O dates though!
