4dpo heightened sense of smell?

Has anyone ever had a heightened sense of smell at 4dpo and turned out pregnant? I have been having a low tolerance for DH's cigg which never bothered me as bad as yesterday and today. I don't normally get such a symptom especially at 4dpo.

Background
TTC for 25 months
Cycle 23 (Apr'17)
CD 1 = AF started 13.04.17 until 16.04.17
CD 6 = HSG ultrasound done
CD13= BD

Cycle 24 (May'17) AF disappeared this month possibly bc of HSG
CD22= BD (AF late by a week at this point)
CD33= BFN, Fatigue
CD34-CD36 = BFN
CD37= BFN, Fatigue, BBs Full, brown discharge, bodyaches
CD38= BFN
CD39-CD41= BFN, felt wet like AF was coming, BBs full
CD42-CD43= same as yday but started hvg vivid dreams
CD44= BFN, BD, felt wet like AF was coming, vivid dreams (not normal for me), rashes on face, gassy, BBs full
CD45= BFN, felt like AF was coming, headache, heartburn, mild nausea, BBs full
CD46-CD47= BFN, vivid dreams, mild AF cramp, BBs full
CD48= felt like AF was coming, mild cramps, vomited in mouth slightly, bloated, gassy, BM finally after 2 missing days
CD49= acid reflux again but milder than yday, vivid dreams

June'17
CD50= vivid dreams, mild constipation
CD51= BFN, BM diarrhea, pelvic pain, feel like AF was coming, vivid dreams, mild headache
CD52= faint BFP, mild nausea, gassy, feel like AF was coming, headache, mild cramps, emotional
CD53= faint BFP, feet sore, cramping left and right, fatigue, sleepy, tested on 2 CB this time and both showing faint +
CD54= faint BFP on CB, BM finally after constipation, sleepy, dry skin around nose and 3 pimples (not normal for me, been years since i had any pimples on my face), vivid dreams, cramps reduced and only felt them 2x today instead of almost all the time the past week or so
CD55= faint BFP, cramps returned, napped (not a napper), sleeplessness, mild nausea, hard to wake up, fatigue, vivid dreams, pink brown spotting when wiped with tp

CD 1= faint BFP, heavy bleeding started (day i miscarried), vivid dreams, big clot came out, nausea, flow is like AF, heightened sense of smell, headache
CD 2= fainter BFP, cramping stopped, vivid dreams
CD 3= bleeding stopped, heartburn, BFN, cramps
CD 4= BFN, cramps (weird since bleeding stopped already), fatigue, vivid dreams
CD 5= headache, cramping stopped but felt pressure on the lower abdoment

decided to try again this cycle so i started taking FA since CD7
CD11= BD
CD12= BD, heartburn and left pelvic pain (incoming O)
CD15= BD, dizzy, opk +, ewcm fell off when I was washing myself
CD16= O DAY, super dark + opk
DPO1= BD at midnight after seeing opk (tried preseed for the 1st time), fatigue, opk getting lighter, emo, puffy areola
DPO2= phlegm in throat, vivid dreams, runny nose, sleepy, dull pain on left pelvis for a few hours, itchy throat
DPO3= fuller bbs, constipated, opk - by now, emo cuz I visited my dad's grave, mild nausea (I can't stand seafood since I am also allergic to it), heightened sense of smell, came home and got really bothered by my bedroom stinking of DH's cigarette. Normally i will get used to it after a few mins but this time round it bothered me so much I had a hard time going to sleep due to breathlessness, took me a good 30 mins before I fall asleep (also because I was out the whole day and so tired)
DPO4= vivid dreams, but I slept for a good 12 hour, woke up exhausted, puffy left areola, DH gave me a hug when I woke up but the first thing I told him was how he stank of cigarette (which is unlike me, I do occasionally complain of his cig but not this bothered by it lol)

So here I am trying not to keep my hopes up since my very first BFP in life ended in cp but I must be lying if I said I am not hopeful for a rainbow baby. My symptoms this cycle is MILD compared to last cycle. My left tube is blocked according to the doc and I have low progesterone. It's been a long wait for this miracle of mine at almost 30 years old. I hope you ladies can help me out a bit here. fx
