RLQ pain and RL back pain

Hello --

I am 9-10 dpo and I have been having on and off right lower quadrant stabbing poking pain that comes and goes. It's also accompanied by back on the right lower side as well as tingling in the buttocks and upper thigh. Its a bit different than how I normally feel with my period. I took a HPT this morning and was bfn.

Anyone else felt something similar?

I actually felt the same stabbing pocking feeling symptoms from O trough 9dpo, then just stopped. Felt nothing for like two days and on 12dpo through now 14dpo the only symptom has been sore nipples. I tested this morning and bfn. AF should start any day bewteen Monday though Friday of next week being that my periods are between 29 through 33 days. I am trying to convince myself that I probably tested too early .
