PCOS and Infertility after baby #1

I'm struggling a little emotionally with my current infertility.
I have (almost) always been infertile. My PCOS is pretty bad, I have endometriosis, insulin resistance and a sub-septate uterus. I haven't ovulated since I got pregnant 17 months ago, I don't breastfeed and I am on metformin and I have also lost 15kgs.

Last time I actually ovulated I weighted 55kgs, was on medication and VERY active, I am currently at 80kgs back on the medication I was on before, eating healthy losing weight at a rate of about 2.5kgs a month but I'm not as active due to medical issues.

I am booked in to see a fertility specialist just to try and work out the best way to proceed regarding inducing ovulation.

I am pretty desperate to talk with someone who is going through something similar. It is hard doing this alone and my husband doesn't fully understand what I'm feeling.
