Apple Cider Vinegar For Pcos

Has Anyone Heard Of Or Used Apple Cider Vinegar To Help With Pcos? My Grandmother Told Me To Add 2 Tbsps In A Cup Of Water With A Tbsp Of Black Strap Molasses. I Started Two Days Ago On Cd 60 And Got Af Today. Seems Like Its Worth The Shot Since My Cycles Are Usually 100+ Days Long. Any Advice Or Input Would Be Extremely Helpful.

Welp its cd 17 and ive lost weight, my nails and hair are longer, my face is clear & ive finally ovulated!! All i did differently was take the acv and bsm 3x a day!
