Period or Implantation? HELP!

I'm 13 DPO, period due in 2 days - Wed 5/31. I've been having pregnancy symptoms for a week: nausea, fatigue, insomnia, food aversions, cravings, constipation.

Yesterday, I had what I thought started as implantation bleeding - dot of dark red in my underwear. Then I started bleeding last night & still am. I'm using tampons, it's so heavy with mild cramps. It just feels different, though. The consistency is more like EWCM, but bright red & small clots here & there. I REALLY thought this was our month.

Anyone have an experience with period-like implantation bleeding & still got a BFP?
