I guess knowing what your issues are would help in answering your question. I for one started trying in 8/13 and did not see one positive test till last wee! It took us nearly 4 years to get pregnant. My sister got pregnant with her first after trying for 7 yrs. I for one was planning on doing 3 more iui's after one failed iui, and then moving on to ivf. Private adoption is very spendy as well. I did clomid, femara, metformin, soy.isoflavones, my cycles were all over the place with all the fertilit meds. I finally stopped everything. Started taking Vitex for 2 months to get my cycles back to normal. Fast forward about 8 months, and I'm pregnant without even trying. We did 2 time during the fertile times, and it wasn't even perfect timing like all the other months!
