HCG Levels

My HCG at 3 weeks 4 days is 147hcg and it was 45 three days before that. My doctor had me tests my blood due to spotting which has now stopped thankfully. She mentioned it was high for how far a long I was. Did anyone else experience this. I've been sick since the beginning with nausea and exhaustion and starving already. Just want some insight. I'm convinced I'm pregnant with twins. Runs in the family and I prayed for it.

Hi Sandy! I noticed this post was from a while ago and was wondering what your outcome is? My first HCG level yesterday at 16 dpo (4w 3d) was 605 but as far as I know, the first number doesn't mean much. Wishing you the best!

It ended up being one baby. At the first ultrasound it had a heartbeat at the second it didn't so I ended up having to have a d and c.
