Soy Isoflavin BFP
Hi Ladies,
I got my BFP this month using soy isoflavins. I suspected weak ovulation in other cycles and a short LP so I decided to give things a boost. I took 160mg of soy isoflavins day CD 5-9. I also took vitamin B6 after ovulation - 100mg in the morning and 100mg at night to extend my luteal phase because it was only 8 days. I got a very faint positive on 11DPO, positve 12DPO, and confirmed with a digital on 13DPO.
My BFP doesn't feel real yet! Good luck to everyone here! :)
