Long Luteal Phase, BFN?

Hello

I am a bit anxious & it will be great if you guys can weigh in on this.

I got +ve OPK (including clearblue's Happy Face Peak) on CD 22 so I am assuming I ovulated CD 23. I visited my Dr on CD 25 & she has confirmed my ovulation via ultrasound.

Fast forward 14 days later - CD 37 & I have no AF. I have had some cramps & lower backpain for the past few days like AF is coming, but no appearance yet. I took a pregnancy test & BFN.

I visited my Dr today for an ultrasound CD 39 she looked at my ultrasound & says it is odd I didn't get my period as there is nothing stopping it. My lining was around 9-10 mm. She said to give it 2-3 days. But can my luteal phase be so long?

She ordered a bloodtest for Prolactin & TSH just to be safe. But I checked online that individuals with high prolactin have short luteal phases not long!

I'm confused! What's going on? Any guesses?
