High tilted backwards cervix late period BFN

I don't know what to think. According to cheap OPK's I ovulated day 13 this cycle, I usually ovulate day 15. My luteal phase is consistently 12 days. So I am either 15dpo or 13dpo. Either way my period is a little late. I have not dried up this month like I usually do, still have wet milky CM and today my cervix feels very high and tilted backwards as if what is usually the lowest point is now touching the back of my vaginal wall trying to point up! I tested with FRER 8DPO daily, since I have no self control until yesterday all BFN. Am I out this month and things just strange or could I possibly be pregnant and still getting BFN HELP!!!
