I think this might be my 6th miscarriage

I found out this morning that I'm pregnant. I believe we conceived on 2/6, which would mean I'm 11DPO. I had a relatively strong positive which surprised me. I've suspected all week that I was pregnant with my boobs growing a cup size and my emotions on a roller coaster.
The last pregnancy I had was in August and ended up being an ectopic pregnancy. That was my 5th miscarriage. We have one beautiful girl who is now 5 and have been trying to decide if our family is supposed to just be the three of us, or if my dream of another baby can come true.
2 hours after my BFP, i had pink blood in my CM. I'm just kind of numb right now, expecting this to be yet another early miscarriage (thank goodness that apart from the ectopic, I've always miscarried before 8 weeks).
I don't want to tell anyone what's going on so appreciate this forum to share my thoughts and concerns.

Hi, I am sorry for your losses. I think it's time to see yr fertility specialist to find out more why you can't conceive. If genetics is the issue, yr doc might recommend doing pgs ngs to increase yr chances of getting a problem-free pregnancy

Thank you for responding. I do have a chronic illness that's has been linked to early miscarriages. Thankfully, I was wrong and my spotting stopped after a couple of days. My HCG levels and progesterone look good. I'll go in for an early sonogram during my 6th week. Right now I'm 5.5 weeks along. Just praying this little nugget is our baby because if not, I think I'm done. Miscarriages, no matter how early (although my heart breaks for post first trimester losses) is devastating and exhausting. Hopefully all continues to go well with this pregnancy!

I have so much sympathy for you - although I've not made a concentrated effort to do pregnancy tests after that first chemical, I suspect 6 chemical pregnancies at this point. I was trying to get those early BFPs at first, but now I barely bother to test before a missed period - because at this point I am expecting to lose it the next day anyway. Although I would a thousand times prefer this type of early loss to a later one, it's still hard, especially when it happens over and over. I've had pretty strong symptoms a couple times, and gotten my hopes up that it was going well, only to be disappointed.

I'm trying not to read too much into any symptoms now, but it's HARD not to - especially when you start getting uncomfortable ones, like the stabbing pains in my left extra boob right now (TMI warning, but if you are curious - I have an extra one, yay? I have 3 vestigal nipples, and extra breast tissue in my armpits - it's more pronounced on the left side, enough so that I actually expressed milk when I was nursing. The really funny part is that I had no idea until I got pregnant the first time, they were basically invisible.) Anyway, they are my super early preggo tell - they get markedly bigger, they change color (basically become visible), and start hurting horribly.

Anyway... It's so so hard to not to feel down. I now both get hopeful, and have a separate part of me expect a miscarriage at any point. It doesn't help that the hormone flux makes you more emotional - it's an emotional rollercoaster anyway, and the hormones make it more crushing.

I hope this is indeed your peanut - I hope it's sticky, and healthy, and in a safe spot. Fingers crossed for you!
