TTC after endo lap and DH has antisperm antibodies

This is my first post ever, so please hang in there.
Is there anybody that was or is in the same situation as my DH and myself or that did get pregnant with the same circumstances?

We are TTC for over a year now. My GP suggested visiting a fertility specialist. On our first visit he did a semen analysis but at the time ant flow was visiting so the Dr did not do a ultrasound. He did order a full blood panel for me.

When we returned for my scans, he said that DH has antisperm antibodies!!! He did a sonar and found I had cysts on both ovaries probably due to Endo.

He immediately booked a Laparoscopy, Hysteroscope D&C for the next cycle.

After surgery he informed me that it was Endo and surgery was suppose to be 1hour but turned into a almost 3 hour operation it was moderate to severe Endometriosis. He had to remove quite a lot of my left ovary's wall and my right tube was blocked. The Endo was spread throughout the pubic cavity. He was able to remove the cysts on my ovaries and the lesions and opened up my right tube.

Is there any success stories of people in the same situation that conceived naturally or through IUI That has had a endo lap and DH has antisperm antibodies??? OR someone that is TTC that is in the same situation?

The Dr suggested that we must work out a plan. Maybe try 3 months naturally and then if not successful try 3 times IUI and then maybe move on to IVF.

I could not find any post online with success stories with couples having this problem.

I would appreciate your feedback a lot. Even if is not so good. I want to know what I must prepare myself for.
