Slight pain on both left & right side implantation of twins?

I know i must be going crazy... my bff just found out shes having twins and I've been getting faint positives on my prego test almost 4 weeks from my d&c... And now I'm antsy about hyperovulation. Especially since I keep track of every symptom I have. Yeah I know, I'm driving myself crazy lol. But I have had slight cramps on both sides of my stomach (unlike ad cramps) and I had what I think was ib on the 26th (bright red) and then again yesterday, the 29th (light pink) both only lasted one wipe on to. Sorry tmi.... And and I've been having headaches since 4dpo, before I ever assumed I was prego again... any ideas? Any one experienced these things and came out bfp with twins? :D
