Any luck after ttc with prenatals and b vitamins

I have been ttc for 8 + years with nothing but 2 mc no live births :( this cycle i have incorporated prenatals and b vitamin complex along with d vitamins. I was just wondering if anyone had done the same and had any change in the outcome of their pregnancy??? any advice would be greatly appreciated i think i also hit my lh surge this cycle using opks.

I've taken Vitex before and it worked I believe. Now I'm trying prenatal and iron and Vitex after a miscarriage. I'm on my TWW now.

im am supposed to be 2dpo . Not sure that i actually do ovulate tho. i have heard of vitex i think if this cycle is unsuccessful that will be what i try next month. You had a successful preg after vitex??
