Help! What is happening

Hi there,

So 2 days ago (~9DPO) I felt a sharp pain in the lower left side of my abdomen. It started around 9pm and continued as I went to sleep. I felt it slightly in the morning the next day.

Fast forward to today (11DPO), I urinated in a cup and had super light pink residue when I wiped. I thought this might be implantation bleeding, but two days later? I took a pregnancy test and received a BFN. Now I'm feeling cramps like AF is coming :(.

The symptoms for early pregnancy are so similar to AF that I'm just confused. Not sure if I should be hopeful or note. The tests I took are supposed to be 90%+ accurate 3 days before my period so I'm discouraged.

Am I crazy? Should I lose hope and assume the tests are accurate?
