18 DPO? No Period? No Positive HPT? What gives?

My tracking app says that my period was supposed to happen on the 15th (27 day cycle, average). I turned off the cycle length calculator and turned it back on and it said my cycle should be 28 days and AF was due on the 16th. My cycles for all of 2016 been 27-29 days except for March and January (33 days) and October which was 25 days.

I usually get premenstrual cramping and crankiness the week before. I have not had any of those symptoms yet and according to my app I am 4-5 days late.

ALL my hpt's have been negative.

What gives!? What could be happening?
