7dpo and feeling like cramp

I wanted to know if anyone is or has experienced have flu like symptoms in there 2ww!? My started about 5dpo towards the middle of the night! Started with headache sore throat stuffy and runny nose . Today some of those symptoms have gone or lessed. My sore throat is gone but I still have a throbbing headache and my nose is runny. My other symptoms are having a achy back some dull cramps my breast are sore and full , my nipples appear to be getting sensitive, cm is become a little bit creamer and I think that's everything as of now. I want to know what you guys are experiencing and get through this 2ww together!
