Triphasic BBT chart and spotting?

My BBT chart started to look hopeful for me when my temps jumped into a possible triphasic chart on DPO 8. I did an HPT on dpo9 and had a VERY faint positive - maybe an evap line? I forgot to check it until 11 minutes after the dip. I was so hopeful!! Ive been having crazy heartburn and mini hot flashes. But, all tests since then have been negative and I had a very tiny amount of spotting last night and feel crampy today ???? Do you think there's any hope that I still have a chance with this cycle with a BFN on dpo11??
