I had a chemical pregnancy last month and I got my bfp using the frer 6 days sooner tests and got a vvvvvvf bfp at 9 dpo. I used the clear blue digital OPKs to predict my ovulation date. (I got a solid smily on a Thursday evening, so I used that Saturday as my ovulation date so I could have gotten my BFP on 10dpo. It was super faint. Hope this helps and good luck to you! I got my at 26dpo!!

Turns out that I ovulated twice in that month and on the second egg release it was fertilised so I was roughly a week behind what I thought I was and kept testing and coming up BFN until the 10th May when I was despairing thinking something was wrong with me!
Just goes to show that we don't all get text book pregnancies

I tested at 10 days after ovulation with FRER and got a negative in the first 3 minutes. It says it is invalid after 3 minutes, but I got a BFP after about 15 mins, with the faint line certainly a hint of pink, barely visible. Tested about 6 more times with FRER at 11 and 12 days PO. again got a BFP, but so so faint, and the line developed after about 15 mins again. Got a clear blue digital, tested 3 times at 11, 12, and 14 DPO, got a positive right away. Now I absolutely hate FRER. It is still giving me very, very barely faint positives that develop after 10+ minutes at 21+ DPO, while clear blue digital gives me a pregnant sign with the correct week estimator. Will never use FRER again! So disappointed. For the record, I have 2 children. Whenever I was NOT pregnant, I have never gotten any kind of a second line, not even a barely faint or an imaginary line, or even an evap, even for hours after the test.

Bottom line - you might be testing too early. But since like me and others here, we cannot wait for the result, I would go to the store and buy a different brand of test. Also, I had the best luck testing from a cup than mid stream. This early on, urine has to be extra concentrated for a correct result. Good luck!!!
