Miscarriage?

Wondering if this is a precursor to miscarrying or not...

Temps show ovulation about October 7.
7 dpo - Sore Nipples

8 dpo - Sore nipples continued.

9 dpo - Sore nipples still present and accounted for.

10 dpo - Yep, still got sore nipples, BBT drops a little.

11 dpo - Lay down accidentally on nipple and move, pulling at it. Oh yeah. Still SORE! BBT again dropped a little.

12 dpo - Nothing, but BBT this morning right above coverline.

13 dpo - BBT starts rising again.

14 dpo - BBT rises again. Spotting starts this evening. Thinking out for the count. Put in menstrual cup.

15 dpo - BBT rises once more. Spotting continues. Not a lot of fluid (1-2 ml) in cup. Okay. Leave out for a bit, before putting back in few hours later. No cramps.

16 dpo - BBT rises again. Empty cup. Again, very little fluid (1-2 ml). Spotting is continuing, but leave cup out. Purchase hpt. BFP!! Faint, but BFP!! Maybe fluke. Spotting continues when I wipe, but never leaks to wear a pad. No cramps.

17 dpo - BBT on the rise again. HPT with fmu. BFP. Not a fluke. Still faint, but BFP. Spotting continues. Seems heavy when I wipe, but never need pad. Contact doctor, go get blood work taken. No cramps.

18 dpo - BBT rises again. Spotting continuing. Concerning me. Call doctor. They get me that afternoon. Take pictures of spotting blood. Bright red, doctor says. Still heavy. No need for pad. No cramps. Doctor sending me off for more blood work, as HCG only at 33. Not sure if dropping or rising. No cramps. Which is good. Blood color cause for concern.

19 dpo - Today. Didn't temp. Did do last hpt. BFN. Spotting seems lighter in color and in flow. Still no cramps. And not once has the blood resembled the thick, sticky discharge I get when my lining sheds.

Trying to keep head up and hope HCG doubled. Preparing myself for worst, though.

Might be a subchorionic hematoma. Which can cause a miscarriage but mine never did. I had one with dd1 and I carried her to term

Unfortunately I'm not far enough long, according to my doctor, do do an ultrasound yet. She said we wouldn't see anything. Basically said my HCG level at today's testing will tell us something one way or another.

That sounds like a better reason than miscarriage, though. Glad you carried your daughter to term!

Update: Received results of yesterdays labs. My HCG dropped to 20. Doctor says I am having a miscarriage.

Sounds like a chemical pregnancy. I just had the same thing this month. Faint bfp on 13, 14 dpo. Then got period on 18dpo.

Thank you for your response. I had to go in and get a RhoGAM shot today, so asked. My doctor says I had a miscarriage, not a chemical pregnancy.

I would have rather the chemical, as I discovered, confirmed, and miscarried all in 4 days. It's been a severe emotional rollarcoaster.
