12 dpo? ?

Hello everyone. I think I am 12 dpo my periods have been all over the place.
I was on the contraceptive pill but for 4 months I kept starting my period with 2 days left on pill. I went to gp last month who suggested I finished pill earlier then start earlier.
I did that I am officially dye af on 28th but going by other months I should start today.

I have a few symptoms although I think I may be paranoid. During week I had nausea, dizziness, exhaustion, headaches as well as itchy legs, tummy and nipples. I also had a stabbing pain near my left hip and backache. Today I have cramps bit very mild cramps normally I am in agony.

Sotry I just needed to get this off my chest.
