Stomach bug or morning sickness?
I have had nausea and random vomiting going on 6 days now. Just that -- no diarrhea or anything else to go with it. I have struggled with pregnancy in the past and my mom keeps telling me its just a stomach bug... but would it really last this long with no other symptoms?!?!
I'm currently 13 dpo with 2 BFNs so far. Prayers for some answers and baby dust and that it will stick. My last one I lost very early.
Any thoughts on what is going on?
