Is a positive 9 days past ovidrel real?

I am at 8 days past ovulation, 9 days past ovidrel trigger shot (hcg). I tested in the afternoon (held for at least 4 hours) and got a positive. The second line was faint but definitely there.

My question is, how likely is it that I am pregnant, and how likely is it that the hcg detected was left over from the trigger shot?

How many units did you take? The General rule is 1 day for every 1000 units you triggered with. My guess is the trigger is out of your system. I tested out my trigger and it was gone by 3dp5dt. With all 4 of my IUIs, the trigger was gone before 9dpo as well. Congrats on your BFP!
