1 week of EWCM, no BBT shift, but on CD 18! Help!!

I am now on CD 18 and I've had a week of EWCM but no temperature shift yet!! We BD'd on CD 14 because I thought I was going to ovulate the next day, but apparently not! (Which means I may be out this month, long story.) My usual ovulation is CD 14-16. Could I have ovulated already and my temperatures just aren't showing it? Help!!

(I can't figure out how to add an image as I like FF better, and I'm in Canada, so I know Celsius, not Fahrenheit. But you should be able to click on my name and see my chart.)
