Anyone live in the UK? How do I get a HSG test through NHS?

I am looking to skip the 35+ waiting period and get a HSG test through NHS. I suspect my tubes might have some blockage from a bad infection in my early twenties. I need someone who has been there and done that to advice me.

I had to be referred by my GP to a fertility specialist after my GP carried out some bloodwork. The specialist then arranged our HSG as part of their testing procedures along with a boat load of bloods and an internal ultrasound (the HSG is a standard test that they alway seem to do!)

It has to be done between the end of your period and CD10

I'm 38 and it took from seeing my GP at the end of May to mid August when I had my HSG

4 months, that's not that bad but still a ridiculous amount of time when you are 35+ and trying!!

Did you get sorted with the specialist?

Thank you for replying.
