success with preseed

I have tried preseed this month during my whole fertile period...
im new to this group.. and i'm ttc baby #2...
i was just wondering if anyone has had any success with Preseed before?

Both my pregnancies I used pressed but externally like ky. Got pregnant from first trial. I'm trying for a 3rd baby and it didn't happen this time. Might be my age too :) I'm 35 ..
