12dpo,x3 positive tests,painless burning sensation in back.

Hi there
Iam 12dpo and have confirmed pregnancy with x2 positive tests on wednesday and just done a clear blue digital ,positive 1-2 , for the past 2 days i have being experiencing a painless kinda like burning sensation in my back and twinges in my tummy. Should i be worried , i had a miscarriage at 5 weeks 5 months ago so im on edge. I dont know if its because ive being working nights and overdone it. Im due on af on monday.
Any success storys with familar symptoms would be greatly appreciated:-)
