Period or implantation?

AF was supposed to start on Nov 9th...spotted on the 11th...bled enough for 1 tampon on the 12th and spotted til the 14th. All of the spotting was brown and the 1 tampon barely had anything on it. It was nothing like it is normally which is 3 days and a whole box of tampons. I have had tender breasts and very sore nipples for the last 2 days. The only thing I have done different is I started taking Flintstone vitamin daily for the last 2 months. Any advice?

sorry i have no advice but i too had what i thought maybe an early af, but now a few days later im getting af style cramping... im just gonna expect another af and write this month off, gud luck to u and hope its implantation for you x
