How does it look to you. Huge temp dip on 8/9dpo

So I've been feeling nauseous. Ovulated either on 29.08 or 30.08

On 7/8/9 dpo had a heavy feeling in my uterus and the vicinity, resembled mild period pain, but I've only had it whilst using an IUD for contraception.

Huge temperature dip on 8/9 DPO, went to 97.9 from 98.8.
Today 10 DPO it's back to 98.8.
Today felt tingling and needle like pain near left ovary.

Can't tolerate alcohol, even a sip of my favorite sangria makes me dizzy.

Had an emotional breakdown. Mainly due to the fact my partner thought it was a good joke to tell me that he's not fertile and he's known for two years and that I'm probably not pregnant. After the breakdown he said it isn't true, and that he just wanted to have some revenge on me. Usually would've just slipped raw eggs into his sneakers for a gooey surprise when he crushes them, but today I broke down and cried for an hour.

Dizzy spells as well.

Took a 25/mlU strip test on 8DPO obviously, got a BFN.
Took a 10/mlU peestick test on 9DPO and still a BFN.
I know it's too early. Is it too early?
AF expected on 14.09, in 6days.
