Random info. Having an alkaline pH helps sperm live longer and thrive once inside the female reproductive organs. So cutting out most meat and seafood, sweeteners except raw honey, blackberries, cranberries, prunes, wheat, flour, cheese, milk, ice cream, soda, coffee, tea except green or herbal tea, and walnuts, peanuts, potatos, pinto navy and lima beans, and chocolates the days you BD or inseminate should help the little swimmers swim longer. You can check it out by searching acidic alkaline food charts for more ideas on what to avoid and what can help.

I'm 7 dpo, I have EXTREMELY sore boobs light cramping and I'm very sleepy all day long. I literally can't wait to get home from work . I found myself crying today because DH sang to me??? I am not an emotional person! Any opinions? Pregnant or not? But if I am pregnant which sounds weird but I do feel pregnant I would be due around June 7-9 Th a month before my birthday :) baby dust to everyone!

ELGtrying - your BD timing for the day before sounds good. You should BD on or before your positive, and then the next day, but you are most fertile on that positive day because it's right before you ovulate. However, can't hurt! Hope you catch the egg!!

Andy21 - sounds like good symptoms. Can't wait to see your BFP!

Storm - I had heard that about the alkaline thing but I've never paid attention to it. If it doesn't work this cycle, I'll have to look more into that. I'm up for trying anything at this point.

AFM, I'm officially 1dpo. Got a huge temp rise this morning, even though last night my OPK was still wicked positive. I posted pics on my profile. I've never gotten the test line darker than the control line, or have the surge last for more than a day - we're on 3 days now. I'm thrilled. Hopefully it was a nice strong ovulation and I dropped a couple of eggs (love to have twins). Me and DH for the last two days and even got an afternoon quickie in while the kids were at school. I came home early from work and surprised him. He's holding up his end of the bargain at least this month. Now for the TWW....

Hey ladies moving over here from the May board... cd 1 for me today. Feels like such a long wait until it's time to BD again!! Oh well. How is everyone? Anyone else just starting their cycle like me or am I just 2 weeks behind on this board lol! On the positive note though my last cycle was 30 days compared to the one before was 40 days. I'm usually around the 32 day mark so I'm happy it wasn't a long one. Anyways good luck with everyone BDing!!

Hi Ladies =)

Newbie here. This is DH and my 4th month TTC#1. Currently in the TWW and driving myself nuts obsessing over symptoms and my temp. If we conceive this month, we'll be due June 1st. This month we tried Preseed, so FX it works. My temp has been higher than ever before the past two days and I have some slight cramping/tender breasts today @ 8DPO. Trying to hold out to test until next week. Looking for some supportive people to wait with. Baby dust to all =)

I haven't been actively ttc but it has been in the back of our mind. This month I ovulated on the 10th I had sex on the 8th, 9th and 10 I am 7dpo and feel cramps and my boobs can not be touched! They are so extremely painful ! My DH said they look way bigger which is confirmed by a 2 size increase in bra! I am going crazy! Also have been very sleepy and I have the worst headaches ....and I don't usually get headaches???Any opinions on whether or not I am pregnant??

Hi Ladies!
I'm 37 and on my second cycle of TTC. I've been using the Clearablue easy digital OPK test to help time sex. It's tough because we naturally have sex about once a week(that works for both of us :) And now we're forcing it at times and then internally I'm worried that we didn't try enough. This month we did twice..one before I got the OPK Happy Face and then once after. Any advice on how to stay "on mission" but not make it awkward?

Also, Post sex do you ladies lay with your legs up?

My DH and I have been married for 3 years and we did get pregnant a couple years ago but suffered a MC. It was really hard to get back and try again. Here we are ttc and I've been actively charting using the Ovia app since June 2016. I know it hasn't been that long but we've been thinking about getting pregnant since Jan. 2016 so it feels like it's been a long time. I've talked to my obgyn and she just suggested we keep charting. Sigh, I just hope everything is ok and we'll have a healthy happy baby soon. =)

Hello ladies! Has anyone got their bfp yet? This 2ww is driving me nuts. How is everyone hanging on? Baby dust to all!!

I am 11dpo today. 2 days after implantation dip; no spotting. My chart went triphasic but bfn so far. Not paying much attention to symptoms, as I did not have any with my previous pregnancies. Expect af on 24September. Arghhhh.
