Scared to Test, going crazy

Hey Ladies,
I'm sure some of you have been in this same boat. My DH and I have been trying for sooooo long, over a year now. I have had months where I tested everyday, months where I didn't test at all. This month I have had zero pregnancy symptoms until yesterday at 13 dpo. My boobs feel like they have been hit with a hammer on the sides. Then this morning I had so much blood in my toothpaste, which was really strange. I'm scared to get my hopes up, but I think this could be the month. I haven't tested yet, if I see one more "one liner" test I will just be devastated. Here's to hoping AF does NOT show up tomorrow as she is scheduled!! Baby dust to all
