Hi,
I use preseed as I read our cm can be slightly acidic and sperm don't like that plus it's supposed to give the sperm the best conditions to survive longer. I use it during (because it feels good) and after (I save half the syringe for once we are finished to use while doing bd yoga), After sex I put a couple of pillows under my bottom or put my legs and butt up the wall while my head and shoulders are on the bed (bd yoga) to keep everything next to my cervix for longer. If I'm in a hurry I will pop a small menstrual cup in after the preseed to keep the sperm in place while I carry on with my day.
As far as it working I can't answer but since it can't do any harm it was worth giving it a go for me. Where are you in your cycle? Are you using anything else while ttc?

This is our 4th cycle TTC. I'm at ovulation week, so we started trying preseed two days ago. A coworker of mine said it worked for her the first time. So hopeful that it'll do that for us as well. What about you? And thank you! Hoping for a BFP for you too!
