i sometimes find it does but there will be other signs such as egg white cm or it maybe clear before then eggwhite. i got really bad pains this this month was sort of like af backache and pain in right side. i hope this helps

im cramping really bad on my left side but ovulation was 2 days ago.the pain in my back hasn't subsided either. im kinda worried the opk was wrong and im getting AF.

I wouldn't worry too much! I definately get a bad backache around and after ovulation! Sometimes it is a more persistant pain than other times....when it's more of a radiating pain. Deep tissue on my lower back. Hope it's a good sign for you! :o)
