Pregnant after miscarriage

About a year ago my husband and I had a miscarriage at 6.5 weeks. I has having all sorts of symptoms before the miscarriage. I was exhausted and had extreme morning sickness, swollen breasts, food aversions. All pretty typical. We just found out we are 6 weeks along and the only symptom I have had is swollen, tender breasts. I am probably over thinking everything but why haven't I had any other symptoms this time!? It is making me extra nervous since we had one miscarriage already and such a hard time getting pregnant again. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi.Congrats on concieving again.I know its easy to tell you not to worry having had a miscarriage in the past, but incessant worrying will do you no good.Every pregnancy presents differently.Besides its still very early

Like you i suffered a missed miscarriage back in March at 9 weeks. And with that pregnancy i had really sore boobs and frequent headaches up until after my D&C.

But with my recent pregnancy of which i am only 4weeks and 3 days ,no symptoms except that i get really tired. Will more symptoms present along the line? Maybe.

I am just grateful to concieve again and i will aim to enjoy the ride without worrying myself to death of what might happen.
