Spotting twice?

I'm confused. A week ago, I had a tiny bit of pink discharge when I wiped one time and that was it. I didn't think much about it. Today, it started again but much heavier. At first it was pink/mucusy, then brown, then bright red, then none. Lasted about 5 hours. I'm having dull cramps but nothing out of the usual and definitely not like my normal AF cramps. Also noticed at about 5 today i was ready for bed and could barely keep my eyes open. No other symptoms lately. I'm 2 days before AF is set to arrive.
