Help! Is this a positive?

Hello, all! I am brand new to this and have never been pregnant before.

Although I am one day away from my period, I decided to take a pregnancy test today because of some symptoms I've been having (and a few symtoms missing I usually have before AF). Have extremely heavy, sore breats (hurt just from walking). I had cramps a few days ago (11dpo), but now they have disappeared even though they are usually at their worst right before AF. Very gassy. Mild nausea. Extreme hunger.

Anyway, got a very, very faint line on a pregnancy test. Can you give me advice? Does this look positive to you? Or ladies who have had a BFP, did you start out this faint when you started testing? I appreciate any thoughts!!
