First response digital question

I have a very strange question. I took a First response digital test this am and to my surprise it had a ?. I read t could be over saturation, so Itook the stick you pee on out, just to see. I did not take it completely apart, though. No sooner than I did that it says "yes +". I know I should retest, but I can't get another one until Tuesday. Has anyone ever heard of this happening and what was the result. Thanks in advance.
