Implantation surge?

On Monday I had a vvvfl. I swear I saw it so I posted it in the HPT photo gallery and got the same response from you lovely ladies. Well since then every test I've taken has been undeniably negative. Last month I believe I had a chemical pregnancy. I'm worried the same thing is happening this month but was then reading about implantation surges where hcg can be detectible at implantation, dips for a few days, then shows up again. Has anyone experienced this?

Also- I had pretty strong cramps and backache the day of the vvvfl. From my best guess it was about 7 DPO. I wasn't as diligent with OPKs this month as in the past so I'm not 100% sure.
