What is this tissue (chemical pregnancy)

I had 2 BFPs a few days apart but I started bleeding on the day of my expected AF so I had doubts that I was ever even pregnant and it was just AF. But the bleeding was sp much heavier than usual with so many more clots. I never have cramps during AF but I had intense ones. Just now, I have having some intense pains in my vagina (lightning crotch) and I went to the bathroom, in the toilet paper was a lot of blood clots and a chunk of tissue. It's about an inch long and thicker at the top and really uneven and chunky. It goes to a point at the thinner end and just kind of looks like a fish. I know it's not my baby because he wouldnt be that big at 4 weeks and a few days. So what is it? Does this prove I had a CP?
