ttc on femara

my lmp was 6/3/16, I took femara cd 3-7..had sex cd 5, 8,9 & 10, 12 & 13.. neg opk in am on 6-16-16, but in pm on 6-16-16 pos opk. wet cm, egg white from ovulation cd 15 & 16. Had sex cd 16, & 18, as well as the day before pos opk. The whole week leading up to my pos opk I was nauseas for 4 days then when I got my pos opk it went away. Now yesterday cd19 4dpo, I got lower back aches & pains, & mild cramping as if AF was coming. Now that has stopped & I have nausea that comes & go. Now I am 5dpo.. bbt this am was 98.8. CM is creamy but not a lot of it.. Could I be pregnant? & have a neg pregnancy test 4-5 dpo? Or is it to soon for a BFP? I am new to this b/c I have never had CM or a pos opk, my doc said I wasn't ovulating. So I am not sure if I in fact did ovulate when I got pos opk or not..the watery cm was out of ordinary & nauseas & AF symptons were as well. I never get these symptoms 2 wks before AF is due.. but they are gone today for now.

Hi there. It's way too early at 5dpo to know if you are pregnant. I would hold off on any testing until 12dpo or until you miss your period. That way you don't get disappointed with any false negatives. I'm currently almost 11 weeks pregnant after femara and IUI. My clinic has you go in for a blood test at 12dpiui. I took a pregnancy test that morning before I went in and had a faint positive and my beta that day was 74. I don't know if I would've gotten a positive if I had tested earlier but I'm glad I waited.

Good luck to you!
