So confused. Help appreciated.

I still haven't called the doctor. I took a cheap dollar tree test again this morning and it came up negative. I figured it was okay to have a couple shots (3) with my mom. It usually tastes and goes down fine. All of them made my lips and mouth burn like crazy, and they tasted horrible. Then I got cramps ( not bad, just persistent. Kinda throbbing) around my belly button area, off to the side a couple inches. Usually, I have no idea what is going on. I believe that I am 18 dpo, but I'm not even sure about that anymore. The other day I even wanted sliced pickles on chocolate cheesecake.
