Dollar Tree ovulation tests

I know lots of women use these, I'm just trying to figure out more about how they work. The last time I conceived I just tracked my cm and that worked. But now that I've had a MC I want to try some other things since my cycles might be a little crazy for a while.

Are they pretty accurate? At what point in your cycle are you supposed to use them? Any help is appreciated. :)

I use them and they work. I started with the expensive brand but that got old quick. The dollar test work the same and even better.
